Jennifer K. Fincher was born in Hickory, North Carolina and moved to Fayetteville with her family as a child. She graduated from Methodist College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and subsequently obtained a law degree from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University in 2006. Since 2011, she has been a solo practitioner with a primary focus in real estate law.
She has served with a number of community organizations including the Women’s Giving Circle, Connections of Cumberland County, Methodist University Alumni Association and Foundation Board of Directors, Women’s Business Center Advisory Board, Homebuilders Association of Fayetteville, and the Cape Fear Division of the March of Dimes. She managed the day-to-day operations of the Stephen Shane Fincher Memorial Foundation, a nonprofit organization providing scholarships to students attending NC State’s School of Engineering and grants to Cumberland County Schools for projects in math, science and engineering for 14 years. Within those organizations, she has chaired many fundraising events.
She was named one of the Fayetteville Observer’s Forty under 40 in 2013 and one of ThinkSmart Outreach Center’s 40 Under 40 in 2015. She received the President’s Choice Award for the Home Builders Association of Fayetteville in 2015.
Jennifer enjoys an active lifestyle and loves reading, music, and travel.

Maggie greets everyone with a warm smile as they enter the office. After graduating from East Carolina University, she returned to Fayetteville to be closer to her family. A proud mother to Hannah, who is currently attending Davidson College, Maggie has embraced the "empty nest" with the company of her mini labradoodle and quality time spent with family and friends. Though her cooking and craft projects don’t always goas planned, she enjoys the process, as well as nurturing her passion for growing the largest sunflowers possible.

With over 33 years of experience in the legal field, Kim brings deep knowledge and dedication to her role as a paralegal focused on title searches for the real estate transactions conducted by the firm. She enjoys the challenge of putting the pieces together and uncovering the history behind a property and ensuring every detail is in place.
Originally from Hickory, North Carolina, Kim moved to Fayetteville at age 12when her stepfather was stationed at Ft. Bragg. Outside of work, she is a wife to an amazing husband (her words!), a proud mother of two beautiful daughters and a joyful grandmother to three wonderful grandchildren. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and Kim carries that same care and commitment into her work with the team.

Taylor has a busy life with her husband running after their three dogs and their toddler, Revan. Outside of work she enjoys reading, cooking, taking longer then necessary naps, and giving Revan all of the cuddles in the world. She is from Tampa, Florida and thinks North Carolina is a thousand times hotter in the summer.
